Valon subservices loans for Marlin, including all loans sold through Freddie Mac’s CRX program. Following its mission to empower every homeowner, Valon strives to deliver an unmatched experience and support its homeowners at every step of their homeownership journeys. Valon serves as the main point of contact for homeowners’ and sellers’ servicing-related questions, and updates Marlin as appropriate. Together, Valon and Marlin are committed to making sure each homeowner has a smooth transfer.

Homeowner FAQs
Once your loan has finished transferring to Valon, you can set up an online account by following the few short steps at valon.com/transfer. You’ll need your Valon loan number, which you’ll receive in the early communications Valon sends to you.
You can begin making payments to Valon after your loan’s transfer has finished. Learn about the payment methods Valon offers.
Usually, but not always. If your automatic payment information is being transferred, you’ll be notified in the early communications from Valon. If it’s not mentioned, you should assume it’s not being transferred. You can set up, edit, or cancel automatic payments from within your Valon online account.
If you have an escrow account for your tax payments and/or insurance premiums, the account will transfer. Valon will continue collecting these funds and making the payments on your behalf.
